ANDRE SPEAKS UP

As I talked with Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson after practice Wednesday, he began to do something he rarely does...open up about the way things really are with the team. Andre said this past Sunday the leaders on the team began to speak up when teammates made mistakes. He says they got tired of simply saying, "don't worry about it". Instead there was an edge they've never had before. Andre promises that attitude will continue and his teammates echo that sentiment. What scares you is why it took 7 seasons for the "leaders" to realize accountability is a good thing. And can a team change it's stripes that quickly? Sunday against Jacksonville we begin to see if a new day has dawned, or are they back on the same old rollercoaster.
